-Researchers say,when you laugh continuously for 5seconds,your immune system will become stronger...

-When you love consecutively for more than 1minute,your lifespan will be increased for 50seconds...

-If you laugh for 5minutes non-stop,your lifespan will be increased for approximately 500seconds...

Prohibitation after meal

-Don't bath after

-Don't take cigarette

-Don't take Chinese tea(especially green tea)

-Don't walk for so long

-Don't do exercise

Prohibitation after exercising

-Don't take too much of water

-Don't take cold water

-Don't be seated or squatted immedietly

-Don't take too much of high-protein food such as meat

-Don't lie down on the bed immedietly

-Don't take bath immedietly

Prohibitation before a sleep

-No TV programme

-No online

-No rock music

-Don't be too full

-No handphone is switched on
